WHY IS A GOOD LOGO, BRANDING + Design IMPORTANT?

Unfortunately, the idiom of "don't judge a book by its cover" doesn’t apply to consumerism. A brand's first impression could be the thing that gets them remembered. According to Time magazine's 2015 article, humans now have an attention span that is shorter than a goldfish's mere 9 seconds. In our ever-increasing digitized lifestyle, we now have to work even harder to grab your audience's attention in a few seconds.

People are looking for something that is unique—that stands out. A logo is the face of your brand, an invitation is the first introduction to your event, and your interior space is the beginning of your brand’s story. In today’s world, it’s important to make sure your first impression and every touchpoint from there communicates the right message with impact. Fortunately, DWC exists to create meaningful designs that transform your brand into a visually captivating icon.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?

DWC can work with any budget, big or small. Before we start, DWC will set up a consultation to better understand your needs. Once your goals and budget have been discussed, we will prepare a proposal that outlines a list of recommended services, project timeline, and overall estimated cost of the project.

HOW IS the design FEE DETERMINED?

The project cost is based on the estimated hours from start to finish. The fee includes 3 built-in rounds of review for feedback. Minor client edits (such as spelling, grammar, photo swaps, etc.) are always covered. If a project does happen to go beyond the negotiated hours, the client will be informed and given an updated estimate for the project to be completed. No work will be done without client approval.

how long does a project take to complete?

The turnaround time for a project can range from 2-3 days or up to 3-4 weeks. It is based on the size and scope of the project, which will be outlined in the proposal so you know what to expect. For more pressing projects, contact DWC to discuss availability. Please note that there will be a rush fee for turnarounds times under 48 hours.

WHAT'S THE CREATIVE PROCESS?

After your first consultation and deposit is received, DWC will typically develop a moodboard to establish the design aesthetic and/or present 2 to 3 concepts. Once a design is selected, we will make any requested edits and present additional deliverables, if needed. After DWC receives final approval for business and event projects, files will be prepped for the printer or sent to a programmer for production.

For interiors, DWC will develop a moodboard to establish the feel of your environment and then shop for key items to define the space. Depending on the project type, we may work with a contractor to get your space built out properly. When the renovation is complete, DWC will personally style the space and install art for a design that is uniquely yours.

does dwc offer invitation templates?

DWC does not currently offer pre-made templates for announcements and invites. We seek to create high-end, bespoke invitations that are truly unique for every client. That is why we work closely with each client to ensure are designs reflect their visions completely. DWC also works closely with trusted vendors to print luxury, on-trend techniques like letterpress, foil, blind emboss or deboss or a painted edge.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT, PAYMENT + FEES?

DWC requires a non-refundable deposit with the signing of the contract that is equal to 50% of the total contract amount. The remaining 50% of the total is required from the client within 30 days from the date the bill is issued or before the final product is delivered. DWC accepts cash, check, Chase QuickPay or PayPal. For those using PayPal, a  2.9% transaction fee will be added to the invoice.

Please note that there will be a flat fee charge for the release and rights of the work, if requested. That fee is determined based on project type.

Do you offer printing services?

DWC partners with various print vendors to ensure the highest quality for your specific project. We will personally source the right vendor, manage the printing process and hand select paperie that will enhance the overall printed design.

DO YOU Code / develop websites?

DWC will handle the front-end design to create the ultimate visual experience online, from imagery to button style to the copy. After creating the look of your website, it will be custom built by one of DWC's web developer vendors. If building a website from scratch is too costly, there are several website platforms that offer sophisticated design templates that we can adjust to meet your needs too.
